Pokerrito began with a simple idea in Vancouver: take the fresh, vibrant spirit of Hawaiian poke and give it a bold new identity. The result was something the world had never tasted before. The poke burrito. Part bowl, part wrap, fully reinvented. From day one, Pokerrito has been about crossing cultures on a plate.
Every Pokerrito creation starts with the freshest sushi grade proteins, crisp seasonal toppings, and boldly layered sauces that draw on flavours from all across Asia, from Korean gochujang to Japanese wasabi. We pair the bright freshness of Hawaiian poke with the depth and craveable heat of Asian cooking, then let you build it your way. What started as a single shop has become a flavour journey that keeps expanding. From its Vancouver home, Pokerrito has grown across Canada, reaching the heart of downtown Toronto, and has now crossed its first international border into Mexico City. With every new location, our promise stays the same: bold creativity, premium ingredients, and real care in every single bowl. And we’re just getting started.

Every Pokerrito bowl starts with sustainably sourced seafood, certified through the Ocean Wise program. We back it up with Bring Your Own Bowl, less waste at every step, and partnerships with local brands that hold the same standards we do.

In collaboration with Coastal Health, we encourage our customers to bring their own reusable containers to our stores. As a thank you, we offer a 10% discount for participating in our effort to "go green."
